hp C310 update

H, trying to re-install an HP C310 printer and in the Add Printer dialogue I get to the point of downloading the software from the support site and get an error massage saying "Can't install the software for the HP Photosmart Prem C310 series because it is not currently available from the Software Update server."

Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
